23:47 Now when the centurion saw what had taken place, he praised God, and said, "Certainly this man was innocent!" 23:47 The centurion who witnessed what had happened glorified God and said, "This man was innocent 8 beyond doubt." 23:47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. 23:47 Now the centurion, seeing what was done, glorified God, saying: Indeed this was a just man. 23:47 videns autem centurio quod factum fuerat glorificavit Deum dicens vere hic homo iustus erat    
23:48 And all the multitudes who assembled to see the sight, when they saw what had taken place, returned home beating their breasts. 23:48 When all the people who had gathered for this spectacle saw what had happened, they returned home beating their breasts; 23:48 And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned. 23:48 And all the multitude of them that were come together to that sight, and saw the things that were done, returned striking their breasts. 23:48 et omnis turba eorum qui simul aderant ad spectaculum istud et videbant quae fiebant percutientes pectora sua revertebantur
